The PDD3-F26xx Series of 2U rack drawers were developed to meet the expanding need to use multiple monitors in a space constrained rack mount environment. The PDD3-F26xx series was the first of its kind to offer two or three 17" Wide Full High Definition (1920x1200) displays in a single 26" deep 2U drawer. Alternatively this platform can also accommodate two 19" (1280x1024) displays as well. This platform is ideal for use in Broadcast Environments, Simulators, Surveillance, Military and other applications where multiple displays are needed.
To provide additional versatility the series comes with a variety of input options including; aRGB/VGA, DVI-D, S-Video, CVS, YPbPR, HDMI, HD/SD-SDI, SDI Loop out, and Audio. All models utilize rugged All-Aluminum Enclosures equipped with Gas Shock Monitor Stabilizers and Multi-Position Torque Hinges for flexible positioning capabilities. The PDD3 also employs DIT's patented three part Rack Motion Stabilization System (RMS). The rack slide tensioning position secures the drawer while in operation, while the Secure Stow Technology ensures the monitors do not move in transit. The PDD3-F26xx Series is available for use in 26"-36" deep racks.

Keeping this in mind we also knew it had to be rugged. So along with the design mechanics to make everything fit, we updated the frame to make it more rigid, and also added a set of Rugged Friction Slides to the equation. The end result is a flexible next generation triple display drawer with enhanced ruggedness, an incredible depth of only 20”, and analmost limitless potential.
The PDD3-F20xx is currently available with two or three 17” Wide Full High Definition (1920x1200) displays in a single 20” deep 2U drawer.
This platform utilizes our latest Ruggedized Frame, Gas Shock Stabilizers, and Rugged Friction Slides, making it ideal for use in mobile applications. The integrated keyboard drawer contains a 103 key keyboard, storage compartment-working area, and a full size optical mouse.
